Partner shipments dispatch via dedicated 2–8 °C cold chain with tracked excursions, broker-handled customs, and direct-to-fill delivery into your storage class.
Tier-3 pricing acts as the floor; 12-month framework agreements add stacking volume rebates of 3–8% beyond list. Currency-locked at agreement signing.
Shared Slack with our supply-chain team, a real account manager, and a phone number that gets answered. Quarterly business reviews on demand and supply.

State board licensure (NABP/state) for compounding pharmacies. IRB approval letter and protocol number for research programs.
$10k/quarter floor across all SKUs, or equivalent in 12-month framework value. Custom blend partners may have lower thresholds with longer commits.
One existing supplier reference and one professional/clinical reference. We make the calls, typically within five business days of application receipt.
Validated 2–8 °C storage with documented excursion handling. First-delivery audit available on request, included in onboarding.
Reviewed monthly on the first business day. Decision within ten business days of the review window.
We commit to publishing an anonymized roster of active Clinical Partners as the cohort fills. Partners may opt in to a named relationship after 12 months. Until the first cohort is announced, this section stays empty by choice.
